IT’S BACK! After 4 sell-out shows, Trans Pride Bristol are bringing you the fitth year of the best trans and non-binary comedy Britain has to offer. Previous acts have gone on to perform runs at the West End, appear on QI, Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared, BBC, Channel 4, Comedy Central, and more!
This is a space to see amazing trans and non-binary comics who have started their career and are rapidly rising upwards in the UKs comedy circuit. Come on down to Zed Alley in Bristol city centre for a night full of laughter and hilarity and spectacular queer joy.

Alasdair Wallace is definitely one of Bristol's comedians - and he's back hosting another fantastic all-trans line up! Warm, engaging, highly distractable, this guy absolutely cannot wait to bring you along for the ride. (Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year nominee)

*OPENER: ALEX FRANKLIN (she/ they)*
Alex is a trans, half-Chinese, SUPER funny comedian from London, specialising in stand-up, musical comedy, character comedy, overly intricate diagrams, and scuttling around on the ground. This year she brought her Brighton Fringe Comedy Award nominated show ‘Gurl Code’ to Edinburgh, a show about trans joy, her first year on HRT, and giving people furniture via the Tube; the show was performed to sold out crowds and received rave reviews (★★★★★ The Wee Review ‘Deeply affecting and incredibly funny’). Alex has also appeared on BBC Radio 4, Channel 4, and HBO Max. Past cool stuff includes:

*HEADLINER: DEE ALLUM (she/ her)*
Dee Allum is an award-winning stand-up comedian and writer.
Dee has been nominated for Best Newcomer at the Chortle Awards, placed as runner up in the Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian of the Year award 2021, won the 2Northdown New Act Competition 2021 and was a finalist in the 2022 BBC New Comedy Award competition.
Dee took her debut solo stand up show, Deadname, to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2024 to wide critical acclaim, receiving reviews such as: “A story of gender identity told with panache, charm, self-deprecation and copious wit…an inventive, casually ironic storytelling skill…a true stand-up.” ★★★★ The Times

Zed Alley can provide a ramp to access the venue, but the toilets and bar are not wheelchair accessible. We will be handing out stickers to those who do not wish to be included in photography for any reason, please ask on arrival.
