A bit of a switch up this week! Based on the Insta and WhatsApp poll, this week’s workshop will focus on Slow Flow & Philosophy
During our time together, we will engage with movement practices, philosophy and reconnecting with ourselves. This offering is open to all.
Please arrive in comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Yoga mats and any props needed will be available but bring your own if you prefer. Organic herbal tea will also be provided.
