HELLO SWEATPOPPERS!!!
With SPINPOP now successfully established in our glorious city of Bristol, we thought we might try something a little different, while staying true to our 'POP' roots.
SWEATPOP is a fun workout session based on old skool keep fit classes, which many of you will be too young to remember! Think leg warmers, lycra and huge 80s perms!
Dave our lush instructor will take you through an hour of aerobic routines and exercises designed to work up a sweat, get that blood pumping, and have some FUN!
This will be a physically active class designed to increase your fitness levels, and will be around 50 minutes long.
We recommend you dress appropriately, bring some hydration, and a little sweat towel may be a good idea too! You'll be 'DRIPPIN by the end of it gal!
This event is inclusive with a focus on the LGBTQ+ community, and designed to foster relationships and inclusion.
