Apoctoberfest at Wiper and True Taproom, Old Market
See event details

A event on Sunday 20th October. The event starts at 10:00.

Join us in Bristol for a day of games and fellowship from 10 am - 7 pm on Sunday, October 20th! We will be at the Wiper and True Taproom, Old Market. (We have exclusive use of the event space, but the rest of the bar will be open to the public. It is quiet on Sundays, so there will be space to spread out if we need.)

The event will be FREE, but we are operating a 'pay-what-you-like' scheme to help us cover some small costs and as contingency in case we don't meet our minimum bar spend. Suggested donation is £5.

Please book to allow us to keep an eye on numbers. You can also drop us a message to let us know if you are interested in displaying and selling rpgs, art, etc.

Schedule:
10am: Doors open
10.15 am - 2 pm: First game slot
2 pm - 3 pm: Break
3 pm - 6.45 pm: Second game slot
7pm: Venue closes

PLAYER SIGN UPS NOW OPEN!
We are operating on a sort of lottery system based on first, second and third preferences, so we can endeavour to ensure that everyone is happy while avoiding a mad scramble.

You can view the games on offer here:

And let us know your preferences here: https://forms.gle/u5EC65kzpFNWtrHL6
(Feel free to put yourself down to play in one slot or both.)

Player sign-ups will remain open until October 11. Following that we will allocate players to games via lottery, and we will announce the final roster.

(NB Gaming slots are listed as 10am–2pm and 3pm–7pm, but as the venue opening hours are 10–7, you should probably assume you have no more than 3h45, to ensure we have time to get in and out!)

Any issues, please email us on [email protected]
