28th February | ⏰ 7:45 PM – 9:00 PM (Doors 7.30 PM)
Wild Goose Space Studio, Bristol 228 Mina Road, BS2 9YP

As we move through Imbolc (1st Feb), the ancient festival of renewal, and step into the reflective season of Lent, we find ourselves at a powerful threshold—a time to shed the old, clear space for the new, and welcome the stirrings of Spring. Just as nature begins to awaken, we too can embrace lightness, creative expansion, and the blossoming of our Winter intentions.

Join us for Spring Sounds, a gentle yet powerful Sound & Gong Bath infused with:
✨ Voice Activation – Opening pathways of freedom, release, and creative expression
✨ Reiki & Singing Bowls – Cleansing and shifting energy towards lightness
✨ The Gong – Deep sonic rest and nervous system recalibration
✨ Intuitive Movement – Dusting off the cobwebs, reconnecting to the body
✨ Hypnotic Meditation – Guiding you into a space of presence and mind-body awareness

Like seeds preparing to burst into bloom, this session is an invitation to plant your intentions and nurture them with sound, stillness, and embodied presence.

Come as you are— for a bit of Spring Cleanin' for the Soul

We look forward to welcoming you.

With warmth,
Camilla & Kate
