Two Strangers Trying Not To Kill Each Other + Q&A at Watershed
£11.00 full / £8.50 concessions

A event held at Watershed on Saturday 5th April. The event starts at 18:00.

We’ve partnered with the Martin Parr Foundation to bring you a special screening of Two Strangers Trying Not to Kill Each Other.

Two Strangers Trying Not to Kill Each Other explores the complicated yet creatively rich relationship between Bronx-born photographer Joel Meyerowitz and British artist Maggie Barrett.

The married artists share a loving bond, but with Joel having over 40 photobooks to his name alongside many exhibitions, Maggie feels she’s been living in Joel’s shadow.

This brave and intimate documentary explores their extraordinary confrontations as they navigate love, ageing, and the creative process.

This screening will be followed by a Q&A with Joel, Maggie and the film's directors Manon Ouimet and Jacob Perlmutter.
