on Saturday 19th March. The event starts at 20:00.
Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto, one of the big classics in the repertoire, will be performed by the talented Lukas Hank. Lukas grew up in Nailsea and graduated from London's Royal Academy of Music in 2014 and already has played with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Orchestra of Scottish Opera and Sinfonia Cymru.
Shostakovich's 15th Symphony is largely an autobiographical trip through his life, nothing is quite as it seems, strange musical machines and even a glittering musical toyshop become a journey into the beyond. It requires large forces and in the hands of the Brunel Sinfonia it will be a highly charged and passionate performance.
