// Mia Kelly //
"A luscious voice, that burns into fiery blues." - CBC Radio One
Through the lush folk and earthy Americana of her sophomore record “To Be Clear”, singer-songwriter Mia Kelly, from Gatineau, Quebec, Canada establishes herself as a spellbinding voice, blurring the lines between intimate memoir and compelling, semi-fictional narratives. Performing in both French and English, Kelly enthrals listeners with a distinctive blend of Folk, Rock, and Blues.
Through years of troubadouring, Mia has been carving out a name for herself. Recently awarded Young Performer of the Year and Emerging Artist of the Year at the 2024 Canadian Folk Music Awards, Kelly is swiftly gaining recognition as a poetic lyricist.
// Robbie Cavanagh //
Robbie Cavanagh doubles down on letting his music speak for itself. There is no gimmick and there is no heartbreaking backstory.
Cavanagh learned the art of writing fine, timeless music long before the days of viral moments and online trends, and those who know his work keep it close, grow alongside it and value it far beyond a flash in the pan success story.
There’s no doubt that in many ways, Robbie is a veteran of the industry, with an ‘Emerging Artist’ award, 3 studio albums, several released co-writes and many festival and showcase appearances under his belt, but Robbie’s unwavering focus on staying true his identity as an artist has kept him current, fresh and popular through a decade as a full time touring musician.
Since releasing his third record “Tough Love’ Robbie has been touring Europe, USA, UK and Canada, sharing his songs and stories at showcases and festivals such as Folk Alliance International, Celtic Connections, Americana Fest (US & UK), Cambridge Folk Festival, Showcase PEI, Black Deer Festival, Kendal.
As well as headline shows with his backing band, Robbie has toured in support of artists like The Wood Brothers, The Shires, Kristian Bush (Sugarland), Us The Duo.
Robbie and his band recently recorded a live album at London’s Prestigious Pizza Express Jazz Venue, set for release early next year.
