A
clubnight
held at 395
on Saturday 23rd November. The event starts at 21:00.
"From disco to disgust, we will try to whet your eardrums with naughty nothings and sultry somethings"
Well, squish my sister! After some time away, SQUISH emerges from the chrysalis to take over 395 for a Bristolian barnstormer.
What's more, we have the utterly indomitable Sarahtonin of Do!! You!!! Radio fame spinning with us! Excited doesn’t quite cut it. For those that don’t know, get to know. Sarahtonin, as her name suggests, makes you feel good. With a knack for finding mood-lifting tracks that make people want to dance, she has a well-deserved reputation for filling dancefloors. The depth of her track collection spans rare house and disco cuts, driving chuggy groovers, soul with sexy vocals, acid, electronica, techno, reggae and UKG. A perfect fit for a SQUISH.
Alongside the mighty Sarah, we have the usual flotsam and jetsam of the extended SQUISH family, with founding members Floor Tile, Baron Saturday and the Reverend Mother spinning oddities and soddities.
And as a Bristol SQUISH first (but a SQUISH London tradition), we have some absolutely fantastic performers gracing us with their presence - from chair balancing to drag, expect the unexpected. There may well be other tricks and treats as the evening unfolds so prime yourself to be match-fit and ready to SQUISH...
