The beloved musical project of one Kate Stables, This Is The Kit released their third album Bashed Out last year. Produced by The National’s Aaron Dessner, it was acclaimed critically and quickly seen as a breakthrough record. It’s been a triumphant twelve months for This Is The Kit, with the album picked as Guy Garvey’s Album of The Year for 2015 on BBC 6 Music, and packed out performances across the country including a headline show at the Scala and playing at the 6 Music Festival.
