MAKAN translation - 'Eat' (verb) Indonesian/ Malaysian.
We will be serving you Banana Leaf Rice, a cherished Malaysian tradition from Red Tiger. Everything is served together as a generous spread, not in courses. You'll get your starters, mains and dessert, all at once, on the banana leaf. Meant to be eaten with your hands, it's a celebration of cultures coming together and the joy of food. The Scrandit will be adorned in beautiful Batik from Indonesia, while TIRTA shares records from the East and South East Asian diaspora.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - This is a community event, centred around a communal dining table; staying true to the authentic South East Asian dining experience . With this in mind: we will be creating a seating plan, ensuring groups may sit together - however, please be aware you will be sharing a table with the rest of the guests.
After purchasing a ticket, you will be sent a Google Form. This is where you may communicate which menu you would like (meat + seafood or vegetarian), tell us if you are coming as a group and the full names of each member and if you have any allergies we need to be made aware of.
