A Friday evening of creative dance movement flowing into free form conscious dance, with dance artist & dance movement facilitator Malena Grilli and (the elusive) DJ Lady Butterfly. Malena will facilitate a creative dance and movement exploration, gradually flowing into minimally guided free form, conscious dance (similar to 5 Rhythms). Music by Lady Butterfly will be uplifting, warm, playful organic house. Please wear comfortable clothes for dancing and bring a water bottle. We recommend dancing barefoot or in socks. The space will open at 7:30 for arrival, personal warm up and teas. The evening will start promptly at 8pm with a welcome circle - please be on time for this. Open to all, no previous dance experience required. We look forward to meeting and dancing :)
