Myer U Clark at The Old England Pub

A gig held at The Old England Pub on Wednesday 22nd January. The event starts at 19:30.

Myer U Clark is a gentle Bristol-based singer-songwriter and melody fanatic. An obsessive of old English folk tunes and PC Music equally, he has a penchant for the emotional and the absurd; especially in folk and theatrical musical environments - and his conscientious vocals overlaid on intricately fingerpicked guitar melodies have drawn comparisons with artists like John Martyn and Nick Drake. Myer frequently plays the Bristol circuit, often accompanied by his friend Noah on double bass. Three of his songs have also been featured on Guy Garvey’s Finest Hour on BBC 6 Music, as well as on BBC Radio Bristol and other smaller stations. His single ‘Healers’ has a newer ‘digi-folk’ sound, and Myer is currently working on his second album, following its lead.

Entry requirements: 18+
