HELLO PEOPLE OF EARTH !!!
THIS IS A WARNING THAT OUR 12TH TOUCHDOWN ON EARTH WILL OCCUR ON THE 20TH OF NOVEMBER OF THE HUMAN YEAR 2024. We have selected three eclectic and supremely talented acts to wear your minds to our cause.
30 Circles encompasses the repertoire of ambient soundscapes performed and produced by Dave Colebourn, a professional saxophonist based in Bristol, UK. Though any sound you hear from 30 Circles has, at its source, a woodwind instrument of some kind, the music is drawn from a wide variety of influences, perhaps best described as a chilling fusion of Steve Reich and Jeremy Soule.
Marsupial Soup are a three piece based in Bristol who play sunlit, tropical indie pop with leanings towards oddball post-punk and the occasional Latin rhythm. Their origins lie in rural South Wales, where two brothers once met with a mysterious, enigmatic villager and have been making music on and off since. With a slot at Isle of Wight 2021 under their belt, over 80,000 total plays on Spotify and support from BBC Introducing West Yorkshire, they are looking to maintain the momentum and share the soup wherever hungry bellies reside.
Ducks " took to the stage, to begin what was an onslaught of riffs, hard hitting percussion, and genre-fluidity that is nothing short of masterful. The band ducked and weeved their way through a variety of sounds, from hardcore, through to intricate math-rock, it was an overwhelming display of musicianship that boasts the bands extreme potential." - Clunk Magazine
