A
clubnight
held at The Love Inn
on Saturday 8th April. The event starts at 22:00.
From Texus to Bristol!!
HBS returns for a very special night at The Love Inn with three killa special guests playing strictly 45’s 7” singles.
Helping us celebrate the mighty 45 format, we are honoured to have Double Peas and David Hafner (USA) fresh from their European tour making their debut DJ appearance in Bristol. Two absolute legends of the rare soul and funk 45’s scene who are rightly in demand worldwide. David has two record stores in the USA and trades online as Friends Of Sound dealing in vinyl collectibles.
Completing the line-up is a Bristol heavyweight vinyl collector and all round legend John Stapleton Wanted Records / La Bomba who I have known for nearly four decades and it is my pleasure to add him to the bill. John is highly respected and has a deep knowledge across many genres; Nigerian and Jamaican records being just two of his specialities. John runs and owns the beautifully curated Wanted Records in Bristol stocking only the good stuff.
Hot Buttered Soul bringing the 45 heat to The Love Inn, a night you can’t afford to miss!
