¡Ay Carmela! launch their second album 'Tokens'.
¡Ay Carmela! are a Bristol based indie rock trio. Inspired by the likes of PJ Harvey, Nilüfer Yanya, and Warpaint, their new album 'Tokens' combines guitars and vocals rooted in 90s alternative rock, with traces of jazz in the bass and drums. Lyrically, the songs explore memory, places and relationships. Previously based in London and with a different lineup, they released their first album Working Weeks back in 2016.
Suzelda
From the jam circles to the loop station, Suzelda will keep you on your toes with soulful melodies and hooks, wracking her brain to bring you contemplative and explorative freestyle vocals with the intent to bring us closer together by learning to give ourselves permission to be. With touches of soul, RnB, jazz and trip hop, come and feel Suzelda's drive and love for her craft as she sets off to curate a unique album of sound at every show in collaboration with the audience.
Big Pigeon
Big Pigeon is a fresh three-piece made up of violin, bass, drums, and vox. Mixing Post-Punk with influences like Deerhoof, Weezer, Pixies and Stravinsky, they like to keep an audience guessing.
