REGAL CHEER
Based in Brighton (UK) and consisting of only two members, Max (guitar/vocals) and Harry (drums/vocals) make punk for people with no time to waste.

Channelling the daily gripes of the 9-5 life, Regal Cheer create music to accompany having pint after work with your friends and letting your hair down.

In the first year of their conception they released 2 EPs (Side Hustle & Overtime), along with well received covers for a few charity compilations.

Kicking off 2023 with a bang, they released their eagerly anticipated debut album ‘Cans’ in February to rave reviews, gaining praise from The Alternative and earning airplay on Radio 1 and Radio 6.

Now they’re back with a new 4 track EP ‘Big Man Little Man Strike Partnership’, released on February 9th 2024 through Everything Sucks Music.

The lead single ‘Better Weather Than You’ has been cited by Noizze as “A continuation of the immediate indie punk stylings found within the Brighton duo’s brilliant and criminally under-sung debut LP Cans, the track bares further credence to Regal Cheer’s wonderful ability to maximise a modest and minimalist set up to its full effect.”

The Brighton band have been playing live since 2021, with shows up and down the country, playing with the likes of Martha, Tigers Jaw, Death By Unga Bunga, Pest Control, Me Rex, Muncie Girls, Mould & more, demonstrating how their approachable short and snappy punk is versatile enough to squeeze onto almost any lineup.

With a variety of plans for future shows and releases, raise a can and get ready to fall in love with your new favourite band.

SOOT SPRITE
Soot Sprite are an Indie/ Shoegaze band from Exeter, UK. With one self-released EP and two EPs released under Specialist Subject Records; Soot Sprite are working towards their debut Album. The band formed initially as a solo project by Elise Cook, now play with a full band line-up after "working alone felt so lonely, and the sound deserved a good line-up of musicians to make it sound how it was meant to".

CLASH Magazine wrote "Exeter's Soot Sprite blend post-emo tropes with swathes of guitar effects lifted from the shoegaze arena. Sketching out their own aural landscape, the band's songwriting is rooted in their own experiences, transforming these into something universal."

The band have had copious amounts of airplay from BBC 6 Music, BBC Radio Devon and across the BBC Introducing platforms and have toured extensively across the UK and Europe, twice awarded Glastonbury's Emerging Talent Longlist!
