Spend an evening getting to know our tutors! This series of talks will allow you to ask questions about the courses and workshops they run, and get to know what make our tutors tick.
Andy Gray is passionate about observational drawing and painting. Previously teaching drawing at UWE and the City of Bristol College he now works with a variety of clients on both corporate and private commissions and educational projects.
Ben Searle has played and taught Ukulele for twenty years. He wants to share how amazing it is for everyone. He has seen people become more self confident with themselves through learning to play this wonderful instrument.
Dan Bendel is an Artist working with different materials including wood, paint and ink. He teaches woodcarving at the Folk House and is currently undergoing some research and development looking into wellbeing and creativity with a DYCP grant from the Arts Council.
This will be happening in the Folk House cafe where you can come and have a cup of tea and cake whilst you listen to and chat with our tutors.
Entry requirements: no age restrictions (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs, 1:1 ratio)
