The Poetry of Friendship at Bristol Folk House
£28.50 full fee with concessions available.

A event held at Bristol Folk House on Sunday 5th May. The event starts at 10:00.

What makes a good friendship? What do we notice and admire in our friends? What currents of feeling flow between people who choose to spend time together? In this workshop we will write about friendship in all its guises, thinking through the richness of shared experience, memory, and companionship. Through prompts and exercises, we will explore everything from childhood alliances to interspecies friendship, guided by writers including Stephanie Sy-Quia, Charlotte Eichler, and Rachel Long.
