Comedy Loft with Dane Buckley at The Famous Royal Navy Volunteer
See event details

A event on Tuesday 10th January. The event starts at 19:30.

***IF BOOKING SOLD OUT, WALK-INS WELCOME FROM 19.45 ON THE NIGHT***

The Comedy Loft is housed on Bristol's King St in the middle of town above The Volley. With a variety of different stand-up acts, all hilarious, there's something for everyone.

Every night is headlined by a top act who's experienced on the national circuit and is hand picked to make you laugh. Chances are you'll be seeing them all over the TV in a couple of year's time. All this and you're paying nothing to get in.

No 2 nights or line ups are the same at the loft but all have a great, friendly atmosphere with plenty of laughs to be had. As well as a cheeky game or two thrown in as well for good measure.

The best thing about the night is that you pay what you want for it. If it's awful then pay nothing, if it's great then by all means get your chequebook out.

Dane Buckley is our headliner for this gig. He's the world’s ONLY left-handed, Irish, Indian, gay comedian. Probably. Hailing from a council estate in Harrow, he’s been dealing with hecklers since he was 7 and quite frankly… is living for it. Dane’s comedy is high-energy, self-deprecating, sarcastic and full of mischief.

New to the circuit, Dane has made a name for himself in gong competitions, having united the belts by winning: King Gong, The Blackout, Ding Dong Gong and Top Secret Gong.
