Noods Levels launches TREAD - a new event series focused around music production. Cultivating the next wave of producers with expert production classes from incredible talent.
We're thrilled to be hosting some of the UK's most exciting music producers, who will be sharing their career journeys and giving us vital insight into how they created their iconic sound. With six events to choose from, you'll have plenty of opportunities to learn from the best and get inspired to produce your own amazing music. And don't forget, each talk will be followed by a Q&A session, giving you the chance to pick the brains of these incredible artists and take your craft to the next level.
TREAD is proud to host the first masterclass with the sonic pioneer, Frazer Ray.
Frazer Ray is a name that has taken the UK rave scene by storm and beyond. His electrifying DJ sets, packed with breaks, garage and hardcore, have firmly established him within the British electronic music scene. Frazer pays homage to the past while keeping an eye on the future, showcasing his high-energy DJ and production skills that are keeping the rich legacy of UK dance music alive.
He's already made a name for himself with releases on esteemed labels such as Sneaker Social Club, Warehouse Rave, and Hundred Flowers. With sold-out LPs under his belt, Frazer's album Shimmer, co-produced with O'Flynn, is a rich body of electronic art. The music seamlessly blends elements of techno and jungle that echoes the success of combining musicians, processes, and styles. The album was showcased with a live show, inspired by Frazer's admiration for Aphex Twin and Bonobo's hands-on approach.
Frazer Ray is paving the way for a new generation of ravers to come, and we can't wait to see what he has in store for us at Tread.
