Bristol's own AV pioneer, DJ Cheeba, brings the premier of his long awaited new video project to the Cube Microplex for a very special night of cut and paste sounds and pictures.
'After School Special' focuses on a century of drug culture across film and music with an aim to educate, enlighten and amuse. Expect a spectacular collection of samples and wordplay that has taken years to compile and is presented live using turntables, iPads and multiple projectors. This is a one time only performance with all profits from the night going back to support the future of the Cube.
Support on the night comes from Lumen (Limbic Cinema) who will be performing a cinematic AV mix and then none other than Boca 45 will be taking over the bar for an all vinyl set to ensure the party doesn't stop when the credits roll.
