This summer, Up The Antics bottle up the summer spirit and let it loose in a cool basement in Clifton. In a diversion from their usual “Antics Joke Show”, the summer party is a free entry event featuring some of the best improv groups that the Antics really want to perform with, but haven’t had the chance to.

Bristol-based Up The Antics (BBC Radio 4 Extra) take us down the rabbit hole of improvised sketch comedy. With the suggestion of a location, the antics will explore the characters and journeys taken to arrive there, with hilarious results.

PRESSURE COOKER
The improvised restaurant show (From the cast of The Bish Bosh Bash and the creators of Tales of Adventure).
Step into our restaurant, where the experience is different every single night! Our performers take ingredients from the audience’s suggestions to create recipes for wacky, funny, and silly stories.
You’ll see how the front-of-house, back-of-house, and customers deal with wildly unpredictable situations and character tales, serving up all-you-can-eat laughs.
As our Head Chef always says… “If you can’t handle the heat, you won’t make an omelette”.
SECRETS FROM THE SIXTH FLOOR
Join us for a show where all of the characters work or live on the ‘sixth floor’ of a city high rise. Secrets are told, secrets unfold, secrets implode.
