See event details

A gig held at The Bristol Fringe on Monday 27th January. The event starts at 20:00.

Lab Jam, the most popular jam night in Bristol, is back! This time, at the Bristol Fringe! We're extremely grateful to Seed Sessions for asking us to take over the next episode of their monthly jam night, which will be on 27th January! We're looking forward to giving a warm welcome back to you all. We would love to see you there and play some music with you. Bring your instrument, sticks or vocal chords, or just enjoy some wonderful live improvisations and vibes!

Free entry, music between 8 and 10:30

Seed Sessions is a Bristol based charity that supports male musicians through music and counselling sessions.

Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45 and musicians are 3 times more likely to experience anxiety or depression than the general public.
We lack positive male role models who are comfortable expressing themselves emotionally and many people face financial barriers to accessing professional help.

Seed Sessions is also on a mission to raise public awareness, promote understanding and challenge negative stigma and discrimination in relation to mental health.

Seed Sessions is named in memory of Toby Seed (11.02.88 – 04.10.18), a wonderfully gifted musician who sadly took his own life. The name has also been chosen to remind us of the potential within each individual and the growth that can be achieved with the appropriate nurture and care.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions
