This session is for people interested in Northern soul and want to know more about the music, the dancing, the records, the culture. We are meeting this Tuesday at the attic bar which has a good dancefloor and a lot of space.
The session is hosted by the Bristol Northern Soul Club and Levanna McLean and other dancers who will be on hand to share with you the basic steps and give space to test out your own moves. Its very freestyle and we want this to be a fun and laidback social event. It doesnt matter what you know about Northern Soul, this is a safe space to feel comfortable with whatever you want to learn.
