Nigel Farage and Reform UK pose a huge threat to the workers movement in the UK. They are part of a far right reactionary wave from Trump to Le Pen and beyond.

Reform UK stand for a racist offensive against immigrants and refugees. They spread division and here in Bristol multi millionaire Aaron Banks is their candidate in the Metro Mayor elections. His opening salvo was to attack Bristol’s Somalian community.

Reform UK have to be opposed as their cancerous politics will infect and damage our ability to fight back - whether in defending the NHS, against austerity and housing, or in support of Palestine, women’s rights, and LGBT+ people who they vilify.

Questions to be considered are:
- What sort of organisation is Reform UK?
- Is it a fascist organisation and if not how do we understand them?
- How should the workers and allied movements respond to them?

Prior to a recent successful protest against them in Bristol we saw a number of local left figures argue to not protest against them, a strategy which has an awful track record of allowing far right forces to grow.
