Headfirst Editor's Pick

"Mega event fundraising for one of the SNOG crew’s gender-affirming surgery. Featuring incendiary grime experimentalist M.I.C, a rare appearance from Mun Sing’s big-pop mogul alter ego HEAVY PETTING, k means on the decks and a one-off collab between Grove, BIPED and Bethany Ley. All topped off by a seance-led reveal of the Brew’s big new wall mural."

Get down early for the new mural installation 'Diagrammacy' from artists Jolo Morganwy, ex.icon & Marcin Gawin.

Diagrammancy (n.) - The esoteric practice of divining meaning and manifesting reality through the indeliberate deconstruction and manipulation of diagrams, charts, and visual schemas.

"...Drawing from ancient traditions of sacred geometry and modern information visualization, diagrammancy operates at the intersection of mystical praxis and cognitive scaffolding. Through the reckless arrangement of nodes, edges, and flows, the diagrammancer harnesses the inherent power of visual abstraction to both map and shape the underlying patterns of existence. Critics dismiss it as merely a postmodern reskinning of sigil magic and marketing. As with many such practices, its greatest value may lie not in its claims to supernatural power, but in its ability to reveal our human compulsion to organize, categorize, and connect everything we encounter, even the fundamentally unknowable. Also, It's not that deep."
