So, our next booty-shaking, shape-busting session of dancefloor fun is happening Sat May 13th. For this party we present:
Nikki Nair (Atlanta - Ngoestoinfinity/Astrophonica/Pineapple/Studio Barnhaus)
Nikki truly blew up in 2022. His fast paced electro and rave tinged productions have a clean modern sheen to them and are 100% designed to make people MOVE! He's been killing it. We love is his penchant for the hard, whacky, hi-nrg and rave influenced. Check out his Fact or RA mixes from last year for extra insight if you don't know. Detroit, Atlanta, booty/US club traxx, rave, jungle, drexciya etc ... a good fit for Bubble and we are excited to have Nikki headline Strange Brew and play his biggest Bristol party yet.
Red Rack'em (How I Program/ Bergerac)
Danny aka Red Rack'em is 25 years deep in the game. He's done A LOT in that time. We first caught him playing the final set of a festival weekend, 3am Monday morning from inside a caravan way back in 2009, and since then have been on the sidelines admiring his craft, skills and enthusiasm ever since.
He's a hugely versatile artist who has straddled the line between being a label head, producer and a globe travelling DJ jumping between disco, house, boogie, broken-beat, jazz, techno, bass styles EBM and jungle as both a producer and a DJ. He's had worldwide danefloor hits, and since the pandemic he took a fresh approach towards his work in the field through starting the 'How I Program' platform. This is a teaching and mentoring community that is helping to provide aspiring producers and DJs with well thought-out advice and access to workshops and smart information on navigating the music industry. Danny's selections and skills as a DJ are better than most, so we're asking Red Rack Em' to whip our bubble into a pre Nikki Nair frenzy this night.
