Guided Meditation
A calm, low on woo high on fun, grounding start (a good excuse for a bit of a lie down, so bring a yoga mat).
Playful Warm Up
Wriggle, stretch, flail - call it movement, call it art, we won't judge.
Inclusive Dance Session
You do you. Throw shapes, feel great, all under sensor-friendly lighting. No glow sticks required (but we won't stop you).
Gentle Warm Down
Come back to Earth refreshed and revitalised, possibly with more chakras than you had to begin with.
Silent Disco Kit
Rather than a traditional sound system, we use silent disco headphones, so that everybody is able to control their own volume - and take a quiet break if they need to.
