See event details

A event on Sunday 13th October. The event starts at 19:00.

As the nights draw in and the light begins to fade, Autumn is often a time of quiet reflection, for developing more inner peace and to slow down after the energy of summer. Give yourself permission to make this season one of rest with nourishing sounds and vibrations in Tara Sound and Music's beautiful Sunday sound bath.

Date: 13th october

Time: 7-8:30pm

Location: St Anne's Community Hall, St Anne's Church, Easton BS5

At this nourishing and gentle evening, you will experience the power of sound healing through the gentle vibrations of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, drum, gongs, chimes and Tara's nourishing voice. Allow the harmonic frequencies to wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a sense of inner calm.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments to improve our well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly.

Reduces stress and anxiety
Increases focus and clarity

Tara will guide you through the entire session, from breath connection, through to a beautiful heart-based meditation and finally with your Sound Journey, helping you to deeply relax and connect with your inner self. About the facilitator

Tara is a professional musician, music teacher and vocal coach who is currently on the pathway to completing her Level 2 Qualification in Sound Healing with the International Sound Healing Academy.

Tara has used music to create meaningful connections for most of her life through performing and teaching music in various environments including special schools, care homes and in community settings. The move to specifically study the healing power of sounds was a natural step to deepen her understanding of how music and sounds can positively alter ones physical, emotional and spiritual state through deep listening, intention setting and energetic interaction with specific sounds.

Tara uses a mix of both ancient and modern sound healing instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, drums and her soothing voice to create the perfect environment for relaxation, rejuvenation and healing
