Autumn Equinox Workshop: Women’s Circle, Nature Connection, Crafting & Sound Bath

Join us for a transformative workshop as we gather to celebrate the Autumn Equinox in a nurturing women’s circle. This workshop will provide a cosy and safe space for connection, reflection, and healing as we honor the balance of light and dark during this season of change.

As the wheel of the year turns, we gather together to celebrate the balance of light and dark. Together we will create a nurturing environment to support each other, allowing us to ground and set intentions for the new season.

The evening will unfold as follows:

1. Welcome and Opening Circle: Connect with other women in a safe and supportive environment, setting intentions for the evening.

2. Nature Walk and Grounding Meditation: Immerse yourself in nature and a beautiful guided meditation to anchor your energy in the present moment.

3. Sharing Circle + Ritual: Share experiences in a safe container, and a ritual led by Lisa to deepen your connection with the energy of the Autumn Equinox.

4. Seasonal Crafting: Channel your creativity into a seasonal craft that honours the harvest, changing of the seasons and self refections.

5. Sound Bath: Relax and rejuvenate with Tara's healing sound bath, featuring ancient and modern sound healing instruments that release stagnant energy, making space for renewal.

6. Closing Circle: Reflect on the evening, journal your thoughts, and share your experiences with the group before closing the circle.

After the circle, we invite you to enjoy nourishing tea and seasonal treats as you connect with other participants. Reserve your space now and experience a magical evening of relaxation, self-care, and celebration at our Autumn Equinox Women's Circle & Sound Bath!

About the facilitators

Lisa: Courage, Compassion and Community

By day, Lisa navigates the corporate world as a project manager. In her own time, Lisa is a qualified life coach, and empowers others to rewrite their narratives.

Her spiritual journey began when life dealt her a challenging hand, which rather than diminishing her drive, made her thrive. Lisa now presides over women’s circles and sacred spaces where souls can intertwine, heal, and thrive.

Lisa is dedicated to guiding individuals to connect with their core values, access their inner wisdom and become leaders of their own lives. She facilitates the discovery of solace, strength, and sisterhood, all while emphasising the importance of embracing joy and the lighter aspects of life.

Tara: Sound, Connection and Nature

Tara is a professional musician, music teacher and vocal coach who is currently on the pathway to completing her Level 2 Qualification in Sound Healing with the International Sound Healing Academy.

Tara has used music to create meaningful connections for most of her life through performing and teaching music in various environments including special schools, care homes and in community settings. The move to specifically study the healing power of sounds was a natural step to deepen her understanding of how music and sounds can positively alter ones Physical, Emotional and Spiritual state through deep listening, intention setting and energetic interaction with specific sounds.

Tara uses a mix of both ancient and modern sound healing instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, drums and her soothing voice to create the perfect environment for relaxation, rejuvenation and healing.
