'Actuarial Adjustments' is a small collection themed around the surprise of finding oneself in possession of a buspass. It will be on sale on the night ! Jon will be supported by some of his poetic friends: Rina Vergano and her inscrutable shruti, Bristol poetry veteran Bertel Martin and new comic poet on the block Tim Munson, fresh from his headlining slot at Satellite of Love. We'll also be joined by Bristol's number one granny rapster Deasy Bamford !
Jon Dovey is a recovering academic developing a third career as a writer. His poems lurch between unexpected intimacy and utopian activism. He reads regularly on the Bristol open mike scene. He also writes short stories and memoir.
Regrettably the performance space is downstairs so there is no wheelchair access.
