Shall Not Fade Festival 2022 at Propyard
Headfirst Editor's Pick

"Raw, bumping house (Sally C, 1-800 Girls) meets 'ardkore junglist nostalgia (Tim Reaper, Coco Bryce, Mixtress) on a lineup that's too big to be contained by the Headfirst event page. A who's who all-dayer of underground dance sonics and the greatest thing to grace all 3 stages at Propyard."

- FULL FESTIVAL INFORMATION -

Introducing a new outdoor daytime festival celebrating independent dance music culture & arts in the heart of Bristol.

Concept
This summer, Shall Not Fade celebrate their 7th birthday by bringing you their first multi genre outdoor day-event with a diverse line-up focussing around the label’s extensive family of artists.

Values
Shall Not Fade Festival is committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity. This has been carefully considered through a hand-picked lineup which is representative of the label - reflected in the 50:50 female to male artists. Whilst celebrating some of the higher profile label signees, the festival will also shed light on some of the incredible up and coming talent close to the label.

The Venue
The festival will take place in Bristol's newest outdoor music venue Propyard - a unique, disused ministry of defence base on Feeder Road. The site features a large open-air courtyard which will host two outdoor stages - The Big Red and The Orchid. The Big Red, situated just outside the Crane Room, will take people on a journey through sound and light with the help of a full Funktion One Soundsystem. The Orchid stage offers an escape, as people are led out of the concrete jungle and into the captivating, botanical garden. From the moment party goers enter the festival, they will enter a fully immersive festival experience.

Food
Food by Pizzarova - supplying Bristol's finest sourdough pizza @ Jaffa - A palestinian inspired kitchen reimagining middle eastern flavours in Bristol.

Music Policy
The organisers have carefully curated a diverse and inclusive lineup with the main space playing host to Shall Not Fade, specialising in all things House, Techno & Disco. Sister label Time Is Now take over the main outdoor space with a focus on the darker side of dance music, taking the party goers on a journey through Jungle, UK Garage, Breaks and all things inbetween.

Festival Host
The festival is organised and run by independent Bristol-based record label & store, Shall Not Fade.
