Everybody's Yard at Red Lion BS5
See event details

A clubnight on Friday 17th January. The event starts at 08:00.

Everybody’s Yard, playing the tunes your mama should’a.
Every third Friday of the month 8:30pm – 1:30am. FREE ENTRY

Spend your Friday night stepping and winding at the Lion, the yard at the heart of the community. We're sharing the world’s finest roots and groove. Why go downtown for tidy transitions on the same old songs and styles? Get your big riddims played ‘yard-style’ by people who love music, get to the Lion.

Each time expect local selectors on their LPs, 45s and USBs out with a motive to make you move. We have one spot at the beginning of the night open for somebody to bring along their record box and get on the decks, so if you got some rare groove that we need to hear then get in touch @everybodys_yard.

This time we got:

8:30 – Open Decks:
Get in touch if you want a slot! Beginners welcome… got the wax but never played out and about? Don’t worry, we’ll show you how it all works.

9:30 – Late: Local Selectors
