Team Canteen and 91 Ways invite you to join a delicious fundraising feast and to celebrate the upcoming 91 Ways book release.

On February 27th at Pony Bistro North St, we'll be offering an epic five-course Sunday lunch menu brought to you by Josh Eggleton & Pony Bistro, 91 Ways Chef Zaleha Olpin, Ben Harvey of the Bianchis Group and Emmeline’s Shona Graham

These chefs have contributed recipes to the new book 'Eat, Share, Love' which is a unique collection from Bristol’s 91 language communities, celebrating the city’s diversity by giving voice to Bristol home cooks who share their heartfelt and intimate personal stories behind their favourite dishes.

An informal panel discussion with 91 Ways and the chefs who cooked lunch, plus an opportunity to purchase this beautiful book will follow lunch.

Arrival: 12:30pm for 1pm Lunch
Panel Discussion: 3pm

After lunch, guests are invited to stay for drinks and snacks and to chat to some of the chefs who cooked lunch & whose recipes feature in the 91 Ways book. The book will also be available to purchase at the event.

Seating Arrangements:
- Any tickets purchased together in one order will be seated together.
- If people within your party make separate bookings and wish to be seated together, please email us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to accommodate.
- Due to the restaurant layout, some parties will be seated together on the same table. Please contact us if you have any concerns about this, and we will do our best to accommodate you on a single party table.

Lunch Menu:

On arrival - Emmeline
Bloody Mary or Virgin Mary
Snack: Grilled cheese toastie

Starter - Zaleha Olpin ‘That Rendang Lady’
Pasembor Malaysian style salad: Cucumber, onions, daikon, boiled eggs, prawn or onion fritters, coconut fritters, beansprouts, sliced tofu and twice-cooked potatoes with sweet & spicy peanut sauce

Main course - Josh Eggleton
Roast freerange chicken & faggots or Toasted barley & squash stuffed cabbage,
with lemon sauce, braised chard & horseradish roast potatoes

Dessert - Bianchis
‘Bepi Tosolini’ Limoncello Tiramisu
‘Bepi Tosolini’ Amaretto Espresso Martini

Gift - Dino Zelenika ‘Balkan Bites’
Balkan peach cakes

Dietary Requirements & Allergens:
All dietaries can be accommodated if confirmed by email at time of booking. Please email all requests to [email protected] straight after ticket purchase. Please be aware the kitchen does handle all allergens.

Children are very welcome to attend but please be aware there isn't a specific children's menu therefore a standard ticket will need to be purchased. Please email to inform us of any children in your party.
