In a powerful show of solidarity, local musicians Fabio Ferri and Ben Mowat and story teller Alice will also share their heartfelt support, paying tribute to the rich culture and Arabic music of Palestine.
This concert will not only involve musical performance but a heartfelt homage to the spirit of peace, freedom, and justice. The choirs will present an array of their individual and shared repertoire, blending traditional Palestinian melodies with contemporary compositions, while local musicians will highlight the beauty and depth of Palestinian culture through instrumentation. Poets Alice and Muneera will punctuate the evening with their profound shared words and stories.

The evening will unfold with a string quartet performing "Arabian Waltz" by Lebonese composer Rabih Abou-Khalil and an improvised performance by Fabio Ferri, a multi-instrumentalist based in Bristol presenting inspired by Sufi music, which he had the chance to absorb both as a listener and a performer, his musical explorations will stretch from Morocco to India. The performance will involve a dialogue between these influences and his jazz and blues background. For part of the set he will joined by trumpeter David Mowat, renowned for being a pivotal performer and band leader in the world music and improvised music scene.
Funds raised will be sent to 3 small charities working on the ground
