Inglefest is back for 2022! With another 3 full days from the 19th - 21st of August, expect an eclectic mix of some of the finest artistry Bristol has to offer. This year is set to be our biggest yet, so don't miss out!
Formed by a group of close friends in 2013, Inglefest has grown organically year on year. From a garden party with 50 mates to a 3 day, 3 stage, 1,000 capacity festival, we invite you to come and join our ever-growing family! With a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, an exciting mix of artists from the South West, locally sourced suppliers and a clash-free, rotating stage schedule we've made sure there's something for everyone. Come and see what all the fuss is about...
* Cosmit - High octane, scrappy brand of garage punk inspired by Northern Soul, Motown and 1960's pop groups with Jeremy, Erica, Steve, Kay & Max.
* Tessa King - Tessa King is a 23-year-old, Bristol based, R&B/Pop singer-songwriter inspired by Dua Lipa, Lizzo and Anderson Paak.
*Hamburger - Six Bristol goofs play stupid pop songs about their stupid feelings.
*Sylvie Rose - Sylvie-Rose is an incredibly promising young talent stepping into the Bristol scene, who made quite the impression with a uniquely captivating Jazz/Pop sound. Sylvie’s vocals are hauntingly delicate, and are wonderfully supported by her talented co-writer Daniel Everington on keys, a powerhouse of an accompanist.
*Earl Great and the Biscuits - Earl Grey and the Biscuits are an intriguing mix of musical styles and backgrounds, producing an exciting blend of the best of Americana, jigs, reels & tunes, and a fair few other
twists as well.
* Maditronique - Hailed as “two supernovas smashing into each other, MADITRONIQUE takes what she wants from alt-pop and indietronica, and fuses them with her frontwoman charm. Expect powerhouse vocals, a theatrical show, and songs that are both weird AF and stay in your head for days.
*Live, Do Nothing - Shambolic indie pop collective from the mean streets of Cardiff.
* Wych Elm - Bristol’s wych elm play scrappy, menacing and contemplative grungy indie rock with a touch of the macabre.
* Kwazi - Kwazi is a bilingual rap artists born & raised in Bristol, UK. Versatile in styles from smooth relaxing vibes, to conscious lyrics, to hype bassy tracks with intricate flows. Kwazi’s main focus is to keep his music authentic, whilst carrying a strong vibe!
*Charlie Gilman - Singer/Songwriter from Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
*Sharleena Ray - The voice and soul of Carole King, the namesake of a Frank Zappa song, and the dirty mind of Fleabag and Peaches, Sharleena Ray is a jazz-tinged/gospel-esque singer-songwriter with a tongue-in-cheek yet soulful vibe.
* Sugarmoon - Dubbed ‘Bristol’s leading folk-pop force’ by Tap The Feed, Sugarmoon bring a delicious brew of blues, rock, folk and pop.
* Holly Carter - Holly Carter is a multi-instrumentalist from Bristol
specialising in fingerstyle guitar and pedal steel. Her style, rooted in the tradition of fingerstyle greats such as Chet Atkins and Jerry Reed, combines with echoes of a musical upbringing steeped in the likes of Gillian Welch and other pioneers of folk and Americana to create a set of carefully crafted arrangements that read as an homage to a diverse collection of musical heroes.
* Kintsugi Dawn - Melding elements of Future Soul and Progressive Jazz, Kintsugi Dawn forge both the epic and the intimate; weaving deep velveteen vocals with nostalgia drenched keys and binding together melodically rich bass with thunderously tight percussion.
* Fall Arc - A neo-classical intertwinement of folk & soul.
* Night Swimming - Night Swimming are a Dream Pop band formed and based in the city of Bath, Somerset. The band take the ethereal, melodic elements of the early Wolf Alice EPs and Slowdive albums; combining them with the minimalism of local idols Portishead and Massive Attack.
* Psychadelephant - Psychadelephant are an intoxicating and explosivefunk/rock/soul 4 piece based in the southwest UK carving an anthemic sound with ethically inspiring lyrics.
* Michaela Fedeczko - Michaela Fedezcko is a retro-chic, soulful, singer/songwriter backed by a band of the finest south west musicians.
* Toodles & the Hectic Pity - Toodles & The Hectic Pity are a beloved folk-punk-emo three-piece from Bristol, FFO ONSIND, The Mountain Goats, Neutral Milk Hotel. Their latest EP “Ghosts, Guilt & Grandparents” was released by Specialist Subject Records. They are currently working on their debut full-length.
* The New Cut - Forming in early 2021, The New Cut are a Bristol based alternative-rock 4-piece that deliver punchy tunes and a wry lyric.
* No Feathers - Welcoming back No Feathers from last year who describes themselves as secondhand pedal enthusiasts. Come for the grooves and stay for the nihilistic dread.
* Hexcut - Hexcut are a quartet of keyboards, electronics, drums and bass from Bristol, UK which blend elements of math rock, jazz and electronic dance music into a whirlwind sound of pianos, synths and dance beats.
* The Scribes - The Scribes are a multi award winning hip hop act whose unique blend of beatboxing, off the cuff freestyling, crowd participation and genre-spanning music has created a critically acclaimed live show quite unlike any other on the scene today, with appeal ranging far beyond traditional hip hop fare.
* The Makings - The Makings are a Bristol-based alt-rock outfit, with overtones as diverse as jazz and blues, but rooted in soul and pop. With a raw, contemporary edge, brought to life by an evolving portfolio of unique
compositions, The Makings offer big, brash sounds that bring something different to the Bristol music
scene and beyond.
* Luna Carina - Luna Carina are an experimental indie dream-pop project from the South Coast UK. With a focus on creating hypnotic, soothing and eclectic music.
* Harry Round - Songwriter from rural Gloucestershire drawing influences from rock and pop to produce a powerful melodic performance on the acoustic guitar and vocals, highlighting lyrics that delve into the dark but strive to find hope and meaning.
