T&Cs
Wristband Collection:
Wristbands will be available for collection from the main reception desk of The Students' Union building on Frenchay Campus, 15:00 - 19:00 every day from Thursday 14 until Tuesday 19 September (including weekends).

Entry:
Wristbands guarantee you entry up to an hour after the individual event begins. Please ensure you arrive early to the events to ensure your entry as events will be busy.

Refund Policy:
If you are no longer coming to UWE this year then you are of course entitled to a refund.

To be eligible for a refund you will need to send proof to [email protected] by taking a screenshot of your acceptance into another university or alternatively, proof of being declined from UWE is also valid (We hope that isn’t the case though!).

Deals & Discounts:
All discounts need proof of wristband purchase via email ticket confirmation or through past events on the FIXR App. Wristband also needs to be in your name for deals to be valid!

Students’ Union:
This deal cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. Deal is valid until 15th December 2023 and proof of wristband purchase must be shown!

Oowee:
This deal is valid in either oowee or oowee vegan from the 1st of September to the 31st of October 2023, and can only be claimed by going to the restaurant!

Wake The Tiger: https://www.wakethetiger.com/
Deal is only valid on off peak tickets between the 21st of September to the 20th of October. Off-peak times are before 5pm on weekdays, excluding school holidays. You will receive a code to claim your discount via email on the 1st & 20th of September.

BED Mondays:
For your discounted ticket to BED Mondays you just need to turn up on the door and explain that you purchased an Official UWE Bristol Freshers Week wristband so you have queue jump and a discounted ticket for yourself.
This deal is valid for all of September & October BED Monday shows!

The Clock Factory:
For the deal to be valid you need to be in the venue before 11PM, with proof of wristband purchase and you need to download the DUSK app! This deal is valid whilst promotion is active and stocks last.

Clifton Cocktail Club:
This deal is valid until the 15th December 2023

To book an appointment click the link above and then fill out all the info required. You will pay at the barbers but they ask for your card when booking to prevent no-shows! When at the barbers make sure to show them your wristband to receive your discount.

This deal is valid until the 30th of June 2024!
