Synopsis: A drama of passion, love and sacrifice – La traviata is one of the most popular operas of all time. Join us for a gripping evening with some of The Royal Opera’s greatest performers.

Never been to or seen an opera before? Then this is your chance to watch a world-class opera, performed live from the Royal Opera House in London for free!

What's it about? La traviata is a story of a beautiful Parisian courtesan prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice for love is told through thrilling ensembles and choruses, impassioned duets and stunningly beautiful lyrical arias – and performed by a wonderful young cast and our great Royal Opera Chorus and Orchestra of the Royal Opera House. Be prepared for an evening of visual and musical beauty and profound emotion.
