Meridian Live Sessions are evenings filled with music, where everyone who feels called by the sounds of handpans get together to enjoy performances by local and international artists. The Live Sessions are held the Meridian Handpans workshop in the centre of Bristol, at the very same place where our instruments are crafted. For each of the concert evenings, we transform our workshop into a cozy music venue to welcome musicians and listeners to share their music and stories.
Archer (UK) & Tripp (Germany) are both multi-instrumentalists who bring unique abilities which, in their mixture, guarantee an excitingly unusual, profound musical experience at the pulse of our era. Samantha’s distinctive and instinctive sense for melody and Jaron’s grounding power of rhythm blends together perfectly, creating a deep meditative musical experience.
Amy Naylor (UK) accompanies the sounds of handpan with her powerful voice to create uplifting melodies that are constantly evolving as she shifts from place to place. She crafts her performances to create a space where a connection between strangers, communities, nature, and the self can blossom.
