Following the sold out success of our first Matter Whole Foods Saturday Fermenting Club #1 Kimchi, we're delighted to be offering the next instalment - SAUERKRAUT!
You will meet like-minded folk and be guided through the process of making your own pro-biotic superfood by Matter's owner and in-house "Fermenter In Chief" Jon Aron.
Workshop price (£20) includes glass mason jar, organic ingredients and all the 'know-how' - plus, you'll leave with 750g (approx) of your own Sauerkraut.
Organic drinks, cakes, seasonal salad bar and hot food also available, so feel free to come early for lunch?!
Entry requirements: no age restrictions (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs, 1:1 ratio)
