Soz Lad is a collective that was founded in 2021 with the aim of bringing the music we love to the community we call family.
As a group of queer people who love fast, hard and ferocious music, it is easy for us to feel underrepresented and lost in a sea of mainstream music events where male djs unsurprisingly dominate the decks. We find that the music events for genres we love do not often platform people like us, and sometimes the queer events we love do not cater for our taste, leaving us feeling a lack of representation wherever we seem to end up.
We are here to change that, by creating our own platform, allowing the sickest of undergeound selectors to play their style without fear of judgement. We're prioritising marginalised people in the rave scene to help create a more inclusive community.
After 3 sold out events and a mind blowing stage takeover at Kelburn Garden Party in Scotland, SOZ LAD are BACK to bring some of the finest in Bristol flavour, curating a evening birthed out of your queer little nightmares.
Alongside a very special guest, MOLLIE RUSH (Soz Lad) & NYMFRO (Soz Lad) will be spinning pure fyyaah at our favourite queer community staple, CROTCH.
