SLIPPIN' is a different DnB night for Bristol right now! We are aiming to create a family vibe, one you wanna come back to, with not just a focus on big names but the overall programming, the musical mix, great visuals, great sound, the vibe and quality control!
We‘re here to offer you an alternative, dare we say a slightly more grown up space to enjoy this genre we love with sounds from across the DnB spectrum! From way back across the culture and it’s history to the best upfront new sounds! Expect amazing (non cheesey) Liquid, proper Bristol rollers, late-nineties Jungle, deeper, soulful, underground & all-round feel-good DnB!
A top quality DnB dance in an excellent medium sized club space that we reckon offers a better quality all-round experience and night out than many spaces in Bristol do….

Welcome to the our 3rd Slippin' at Lost Horizon!
We really can’t wait to do it again! The last one was SUCH a good vibe!
As we build our family and vibe this time we welcome as special guest is no other than legendary Japanese producer & DJ: Makoto with a special 1.5hr set spanning his career classics!
Following Makoto’s set we’ve asked Bristol’s Hollie-May to close out the night with a ’no messsin’ set blurring the lines between liquid, proper drum work-outs and tear-out fun rollers. Hollie-May resists definitions, she is both an artist and an activist and advocate for equality & better mental health in the industry. After we caught her brilliant b2b set with Sweetpea on the ‘Across The Tracks’ stage at Boomtown this year, we had to ask Hollie to close out this night!
Warming up prior to Makoto will be one of our ‘residents on rotation’ now part of the Slippin’ family: Chamba! Dan aka CHAMBA is a wicked producer and passionate advocate of the more smooth, melodic and liquid side of DnB and is gonna play a set of upfront nu-Liquid sounds this night!
Prior to Chamba will be Nathan Worm laying down some classic Good Looking or bubbling late nineties DnB and Jungle vibes.
Hosting duties for for this night we welcome back MC Bluejay and also Feline. A well seasoned MC entertainer and regular at many festivals including Boomtown, Shambala and Glastonbury!
On visuals for this night we’ve invited back the incredible Dylan Iris who did the visuals at our debut night back in February!
