Well Wormies….it’s been a long time coming, we’ve finally reached 10 whole years of Worm Disco Club! WooWoo!!!! Thank you SO much for everyone who’s supported us over the years, it’s been an amazing journey - bringing together so much amazing and joyful music and creating this beautiful little community with you all right here in Bristol.

We’re honoured, overjoyed and fully excited to share our 10th Birthday party plans with you! As well as a whole heap of amazing music for you, we will also have exclusive merchandise, food for sale and a top quality sound system!!

After this event, we’ll be taking a well deserved hiatus from our events for a long time. It might not be the end, but we don’t know when the next one will be ;)

So - for all you beautiful Worms out there, grab a ticket, come and have a drink and a dance with all your favourite people - and let’s celebrate!

Read on below for the full lineup:

Zag Erlat (My Analog Journal)

Originally hailing from Turkey, now based in London, Zag’s has cemented his place in the UK scene via his YouTube channel “My Analog Journal”.

Kicking off around 7 years ago, his regular uploads have become a highlight of many peoples weeks, including ourselves!

Everything from Japanese Jazz, Turkish Psych, Brazilian Funk and beyond….this guy has DEEP crates. Since we recorded our MAJ mix over 3 years ago, the time has finally come to celebrate in person together!

Edna Martinez (NTS Radio)

From the Colombian Caribbean, via Berlin, Edna Martinez is an expert on all things Champeta and Picó Soundsystems.

For those who don’t know, this culture is an amazing melting pot where Colombian DJ’s would play West African music which was imported in the 60s, 70s and 80s from Sailors travelling across the Atlantic. This cross-pollination of musical ideas led to Colombians hearing these West African rhythms and then reinterpreting them in their own way, as well as building INSANE custom Soundsystems to play the records on!

We cannot wait to welcome her to play at Worm Disco Club for the very first time this October, a true honour for us.

Xaman X (LIVE Psychedelic Cumbia from outer space!)

Coming all the way from Easton, BS5, by way of Mexico, Peru & Spain; Xaman X bring their own unique take on Cumbia.

Fusing traditional Cumbia instrumentation with elements of Baile Funk, Merengue and Reggaeton, this 4-piece band’s infectious and chaotic energy is here to make you SWEAT!

Worm Soundsystem

The DJ trio behind Worm Disco Club; Nathan, Jake & Jackson! After bringing over 100 events to Bristol across the last decade, Worm Disco have somehow reached their 10 year anniversary! :o

Brought together by a love of ‘no-rules’ DJ sets and a fascination of music from all over the world, it’s no doubt they have picked up a good record or two over the past 10 years!

Afrobeat, Jazz, Broken Beat, Samba, Soca, Dancehall, Funk….and loads more!

So please, for all of you who’ve ever come to celebrate with us. Grab a ticket and join us for this night of celebration. It’s not every year that a Bristol club night gets to celebrate its 10 year anniversary!

After this, we will be taking a long hiatus from promotions, so let’s make it count. It’s been a wild ride and we’re so grateful that many of you have been here on the ride with us - and we can’t wait to see you all in person on October 26th!

Big Love to all of you
