ABOUT TIM LYTCS (they/them)
TIM LYTC (pronounced "lights", they/them) is a multidisciplinary movement artist, who made their debut on the cabaret scene through Peach Fuzz, ran by Bitten Peach (the UK's first queer pan-Asian cabaret production company). Their cheeky, magical performance dazzled the crowd, and they will be bringing transformative, genderqueer joy through different dance forms to Soft Butch this month.
Explosive Venezuelan DJ Ivicore brings the heat with her spicy upbeat tunes inspired by the vibrant rhythms of LatinX – Caribbean music. She seamlessly melds smash remixes, timeless classics, and the latest global hits into her own signature sound – a kind of musical alchemy she calls ‘Elektro Afro Perreo’. Ivicore is all about getting audiences moving with her infectious blend of riddims and edits that makeyou twerk, sing, and sweat nonstop. She takes listeners on a euphoric diasporic LatinX journey, at once paying homage to her cultural roots while creating an entirelynew ritual on the club scene. Ivicore also founded Popola, which throws activist queer events celebrating the rich diversity of Latinx and Afro Caribbean culture. Popola parties provide joyful, welcoming spaces for diasporic women and QPOC to unapologetically be their authentic selves. Whether through her boundary-breaking DJ sets or through her community-focused events, Ivicore ultimately aims to spread a message of cultural representation and fearless self-expression.
LEXX whips the finest Reggaeton, Afrobeat, Dancehall, House and Drum & Bass into sets that sweat and reset. She will throw you into the deep end and you will love it. LEXX's dance floor is a space for those of you who know there's more to life. A sexy space where gender gets bent and all beings are held in love. A space where you can dance freely to meet your struggle and release it all. Come get it.
