Well Hello PLU Cuties...
We’ve made it to 12 years in the dance and we have all you lot to thank for this – we did this together!! :) As a thank you and a real treat, we are so so hyped to bring you some very special guests from Rotterdam and Glasgow. This is defo our most ambitious party in our 12yrs!
FIRSTLY: This is more for PLU first-timers but to reiterate…
We are primarily an LGBTQ+ party but welcome with open arms and legs allies who have a thorough understanding of the queer community and desire to move beyond the daily constraints and status quo placed on our minds and bodies.
Please remember: WE EMBRACE AND CELEBRATE people of all genders, races, abilities, and sexuality at our parties. This is not a tick the box statement...this is for REALS!!

Again, we go to the rarely used back tunnel of Loco Klub and again will be installing our own D&B Audiotechnik Sound System.
OUR HEADLINE ACT: ANIMISTIC BELIEFS (LIVE)
We are beyond honoured and super excited to say we will be welcoming the duo of Linh Luu and Marvin Lalihatu, aka Animistic Beliefs.
The duo's stage name is a nod to animism, the idea that all objects, creatures, and places have a spiritual essence.
Animistic Beliefs were born to perform, they live to play live and they thrive on a stage. Hailing from Rotterdam, they flourish in any dark, club space during the supernatural witching hours.
Their sound is inspired by pre-colonial cosmologies rooted in their Vietnamese, Chinese and Moluccan heritage. Using their collection of vintage drum machines and diy modular synths to create a percussive throbbing techno sound, accompanied by Linh Luu’s vocals that will take you the outer dimensions…DRESS TO SWEAT!!
IN SUPPORT: travelling down from Glasgow will be Redstone Press Head Honcho and Field Maneuvers regular highlight…for us one of the best sets of the festival in 2024.
Lewis’ signature blend of off-kilter, queer UK techno has propelled him to some of the best clubs in Europe. From deep cuts & obscure rarities to heads down rollers & classics he weaves disparate sounds together into an enthralling musical soup. We think a perfect artist to get things bubbling before Animistic Beliefs take the reins.
