BUFFO'S WAKE -
Buffo’s Wake are a twelve-legged beast hatched in the murky backwater of Brighton, UK. Armed with accordions, violins and a bucket full of gusto they waltz, tango, mosh and kolo their way through various influences from Eastern European, Balkan folk to punk rock and cabaret, telling tales of debauchery, deformity, zombies and anatomy making the audience dance into the night in the process.
On Halloween 2014, Buffo’s Wake released their debut album Carniphobia. Recorded in an array of bedrooms, studios (and everywhere in between), Buffo’s Wake decided not to use any synthesized instruments on their songs, instead opting for entirely acoustic instruments, effects and atmospherics. The album was created using singing saws, wine glasses, old rusty pipes, handmade percussion instruments and anything else they could get their grubby little paws on. The result is the haunting sound of an abandoned circus flowing throughout the album, inspiring the title Carniphobia.
BOOM BOOM RACOON
Boom Boom Racoon are a scrappy, accoustic DIY ska punk band from Bristol, UK.
They describe themselves as 80% politics, 30% nonsense, and enjoy singing about everything from biscuit heists to anti-fascism.
JUSTY CRUGGLERS CABARET
A full late-night Circus Cabaret show in-between the bands!

Although the main toilets are accessible via a small set of steps, there are ground level easy to access toilets also available. For the code you can either email [email protected]. or ask at the Box office during the event.
Bar access -
We have lowered bars throughout the venue for easy accessibility.
Personal Assistant tickets – We provide a Personal Assistant ticket at no additional cost to a D/deaf or disabled customer, who could not attend our venue without the support of a PA.
Accessible viewing area – With notice, we can prepare a viewing area next to any of our stages. These are simple fold up chairs with backs, either plastic or cushioned. We can also arrange bench seating if preferable or a wheelchair space. The area has a low barrier to stop crowd invasion into the space.
Running Order/Time Sheet – With notice, we can prepare a time sheet and running order guide in large print when required.
