W H Y ?
We want to hold space for those exploring autistic and/or ADHD traits and undiagnosed or late diagnosed adults who are learning to navigate the difficulties of neurodivergent experiences - many of which are so often left without professional support.

We have a strong emphasis on celebrating the wonderful ways we can identify, connect, grow, and ultimately thrive in our neurodivergence, regardless of official diagnosis.

Our individual journeys with this have led us to feel validated, heard, supported and understood and we hope to perpetuate this for anyone who may benefit from it.
