A
gig
held at Kingsdown Vaults
on Friday 25th August. The event starts at 21:00pm.
In their own words:
Old Timey meets Country Rock meets Rock n Roll and we playing the own way. Don’t try putting a label on it..…we are what we are ……Guitar, mandolin, banjo/guitar-jo and vocals…and there is nothing we can get away with…….three chords, three mates….our truth ….the Crow way….Mates doing what we love doing....gathered round a single mic (if we can) doing what we do our way of doin it………
We make Strawshed music…
Songs that make you dance around the shed,
dance upon the trains…
dance when the crop came in,
and dance because it rained.
Songs that make you dream of loves gone,
and ones youll soon forget.
Songs that can make you cry from the comfort of your bed
Songs that let you see the danger from the comfort of the shed,
while a story teller gives you every detail life and life’s long regret
Strawshed Music….
Music for the everyday people, by the everyday people….
