BRIZZLE BOYZ - Bristol's premier queer punk drag king cabaret night - and HOUSE OF MANNINGTON - Bristol's hottest king led drag collective are teaming up to bring you the ultimate standalone drag king makeup 101 workshop! Get ready to chisel those cheeks, stick on a glittery 'tache, and prepare to dive headfirst into the magical world of drag king artistry!

Please note that for hygiene reasons you will need to bring your own makeup supplies for this course.

This makeup 101 workshop also doubles as week one of a longer six week drag king training course. We are offering this first session as a standalone workshop due to popular demand.

== Costs/Timings ==
The workshop will run between 1PM - 6PM (with breaks!) Pricing is as follows:

£50 - Standard workshop tickets
£30 - Concession* workshop tickets
£15 - People of colour/BAME workshop tickets**

*We do not define the meaning of concession, and will not ask anyone to justify this choice!
**We particularly want to support new performers of colour, so we have added a further discount for this ticket tier

== What do I need to bring? ==
We'll send a more detailed info pack out upon sign up, but you will need to supply your own basic make up kit, including makeup and applicators/brushes.

== What is this course offering? ==
A detailed look into how to transform your appearance into a stage ready drag king persona! We will cover all basic aspects of makeup and facial hair application, including contour, blending, and embellishments.

== I've seen there's a longer course available as well. If I pay for this one off workshop, can I upgrade to the full course later? ==
If after completing the makeup workshop you decide you'd like to commit to the full six week course, you are welcome to upgrade if there is still space available. However, we are making all workshop spaces available simultaneously, and spaces will be very limited.

== I know NOTHING about makeup, can I still do the course?? ==
Yes, absolutely! This course is complete beginners friendly, and there will be people on hand to help with any specific questions or difficulties. You will need to supply your own makeup kit, however!

== Who are you? ==
Oliver Assets and Fluxx Wyldly founders are producers of Bristol's extraordinarily successful drag king cabaret night Brizzle Boyz. Manly Mannington is founder and father of House of Mannington, an explosive and eclectic Bristol drag collective!

== Is this for me? ==
This workshop has been designed for complete beginners to newbie performers interested in performing on stage or people that just want to try something fun and different! We encourage people of all genders, ethnicities, adult ages, sexualities, and physical abilities to join. == Accessibility and Location ==
The entrance to Jump Studio is accessible to wheelchair users, and has a ground floor toilet that has accessible entrance but has not been made specifically to cater for wheelchair users.
